IS THE PRETTY PLATTER KOSHER/VEGAN/GLUTEN FREE? 

Of course! All of our Pretty Platters are made with KOSHER products ONLY. If you would specifically like ONLY Cholov Yisroel Cheeses to be incorporated into your platter just request it! 

Gluten free & Vegan options are available!

IS THE PLATTER MINE TO KEEP?

Of course, the platters are our gift to you! We provide Luxurious Wood, Silver & Gold Faux Alligator Skin, Acrylic, Crystal Glass Trays. You may re-use your Pretty Platter for whatever your heart desires! 

 CAN I SEND A PLATTER AS A GIFT?

Of course! Our Pretty Platters are beautifully packaged ready to gift.  All of our platters can be customized or themed to your request!

All of our Pretty Platters come with a COMPLIMENTARY Pretty Platter Thank You Note + Your Personalized Message!

 

CAN I CREATE MY OWN PLATTER?

Absolutely! Contact us today to design your dream platter. We have access to an extensive variety of fresh & specialty produce, dairy, desserts & much more. We can even place a gift item in place of food right at the center of our Pretty Platter arrangements!

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN A PLATTER FEED?

 The serving size for each Pretty Platter can vary slightly depending on the platter & its constructed ingredients.

The Pretty Platter Size Guide:

-ThePrettyPetite serves 12-16

-ThePrettyLarge serves 18-24

-ThePrettyExtraLarge serves 25-50

 

WHAT ACCESSORIES COME WITH THE PLATTER?

All of our Pretty Platters include cheese knives, wooden tongs, mini spoons for dips, honey dippers & small bowls for jams all packaged & hand delivered right to your door!

 

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?

Currently, we provide a delivery service for all of South Florida.  (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm beach counties)  Local delivery is a flat rate of $60.00. For orders outside of our local zone delivery will be $80.00 and up.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS?

Currently, due to the quality of our products and because most products are perishable, we do not offer refunds once you have confirmed your platters and payment online or through the phone.

Any cancellations for a refund must be made within the following time frames:

for less than 4 platters: (1) week in advance

for 5 or more platters:  (2) weeks in advance

for grazing tables & events: (3) weeks in advance
